Fall Field Trips

We host field trips for schools, homeschool groups, preschools, daycares, church/youth groups, and adult foster care groups during the end of September and all October. Teachers/organizers please click the booking link below to reserve a date and time for your group with Google Appointments. You will receive an email confirmation after booking and the event can be added directly to your Google Calendar. Earlier dates in the month aren’t as busy, so you may have a better chance of selecting your desired time slot if you schedule your field trip to fall during the first half of the season.

Field trip rate - $7 per child. Rate includes:

  • Play time on hay fort

  • Playground

  • Indoor hay maze

  • Coloring stations

  • Hayride

  • Trip through the corn maze

  • Small pumpkin

  • Apple

  • Cookie

Chaperones and parents are free (but purchase their own pumpkins, apples, baked goods etc. if desired).

Please visit the booking link below to select your field trip date/time and fill out the required information.

Important note. We have limited availability on Salem/Keizer no-school days. If you select one of the available morning slots on those days, we can only accommodate a maximum of 30 students per booking. If you have a larger group, please select a different date. The district no-school days are October 9, October 28, October 29, and October 30. 

Tips for navigating the booking calendar:

  • Please read all field trip info before booking

  • Click “show more” to expand the field trip details

  • Click “jump to the next bookable date” to view the available dates at the start of our season

  • Use the arrows on the monthly calendar to toggle between September and October

  • Select a specific date on the monthly calendar to see the available time slots

  • Use the arrows on the weekly calendar to toggle between weeks

  • Field trips are available on the hour from 9am start times through 4pm start times
